
Hi Girls^^ Eating a healthful food has always been wise. But can certain foods and drinks actually make you smarter? Is brain food is really exist? A very cool studies show nutrients might have awesome positive effect for the brain. Recent studies have shown that nutrients may have significantly positive effects on the brain. The cool thing is some foods can maximize your brain’s potential.
The brain uses carbohydrate for energy and omega 3-fatty acid for forming its cell structure. Vitamin B plays an essential role in brain function. In addition, foods rich in antioxidant nutrients, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E and beta-carotene, help protect brain cells from free-radical damage caused by environmental pollution. Protection against free radicals is important to protecting the brain well into the golden years. This is one easy fun way to get smarter and all you need to do is to know which foods are good for your brain and make is as your new favorite diet.
Egg yolks
Egg yolks contribute choline to the diet that responsible for brain function and health. Choline also helps to prevent the brain diseases.
Spinach
Spinach helps protect the brain from stress while reducing the risk from brain diseases, spinach also improve the learning capacity and motor skills.
Yellow fin Tuna
A cold-water fish, yellow fin tuna is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids. This is important if we remember that structurally, the brain is made up of 60% fat. Raisin bran
Raisin bran provides carbohydrates, iron, B vitamins, folic acid, calcium and magnesium. These are all important nutrients for brain fuel, as well as health and vitality. Magnesium helps relax blood vessels also prevents migraine and tension headaches.
Wheat germ
Wheat germ is a powerful brain food because it is rich in vitamin E and selenium (both very potent antioxidant nutrients), as well as choline and magnesium.
Another great source of choline is peanuts, so you can make it as one of your healthy snack. Other good sources for brain are flaxseed and you always can add olive oil for your salad dressing
