Hi Girls^^ is it happen to you in class or when you do group study with best friends that you find it hard to concentrate, you feel bored and tired to study? It’s not fun when you have test come up pretty soon and your body and mind decided not to support you to study.
There are so many factors that make your mind and body get tired very easily when you study. There are some easy ways that you can do and some daily habits that you have to change a little bit to help your mind and body ready to absorb the materials from school.
- Sleep enough everyday will make your body and mind fresh and ready at school. One of the bad habits is when you stay awake the whole night the night before school to study all of the materials before test often become the reason why your body and mind are really hard to work with. You easily get tired and it is impossible for your mind to concentrate.Sleep 8 hours a day will help body and mind to get enough energy to study at school and power nap after school will recharge your energy back and makes you ready to study all the materials that you get from school this morning.
- Eat healthy foods will be one of the best power boosts for your brain and body to study. We easily forget how food can really affect your body and mind. Instead of consuming good and healthy food like vegetables, fruits and milk, we tend to snack on unhealthy food like chips and cookies. That makes your body and brain don’t get enough nutrition to support the energy and makes study become harder and more difficult. So, you can start to finish your vegetables and add fruits and milk as your healthy snack everyday.
- Exercise for your body and mind will help you to study better. You will have more power to study by doing easy exercise for your body everyday. Fun jogging with your lovely puppies and chill walk with best friends at the park in the afternoon can be a super fun good habit to do. Less time to play game at your computer and play more interactive fun games that will boost your brainpower such as chess, scrabble, sudoku and many more.
